MY MONSTERS
Our present family members are Jimmie (Jimbo)
and Binnie (bin).
We adopted them at the local MSPCA Shelter in June of 2002.  :People think cats from
a shelter are
scaggy strays. Jim is 95% siamese without crossed eyes, thank god lol.
Binnie is almost pure Maine Coon Cat. Their personalities are like black and white.
JIMMIE AND BINNIE
They were 6 weeks old when my wife and son called and said to come
to the shelter with $180 to pay for them.
Jimmie was like a wild man and Binnie was a cute little cuddler.
In a year, those personalities changed.
From the beginning, they explored everything together. These buds even
checked out all my workmanship on my remodeling.
JIM preferred to sleep in $400 bowls and was
establishing himself as house cat.
Binnie may have looked like a house cat, but look carefully.
That is a picture on the computer of Pam's cat, Patches. I only noticed this
because I heard Binnie growling at something.
Jim now loves the house.
He only goes out at dusk for a few hours and spends all his time following my wife around the
house. It seems like he is her cat, even though she told me at the shelter the day
we got them: "PUT THAT FRIGGIN THING BACK IN THE CAGE". I remind Jim, but he doesn't believe me. lol
Binnie spends her day out side whether
it is raining, snowing or clear. She doesn't care if it is 110 or -10 degrees.
She roams a quarter mile square area hunting and visiting neighbors. They all know her and even call to complain
that she is on their roof. I could save money , if I ate all the birds and mice she brings home.
She is now a loner and will not let people pick her up with growling and hissing. She is
WILD. lol
